IBEW 569 Retirees Club Quarterly Luncheon

To all IBEW 569 Retirees:

You are cordially invited to our Retirees Club quarterly lunch, and for an entertaining and enlightening time at our IBEW Local 569 Union Hall, located at 4545 Viewridge Ave, San Diego, CA 92123. Mark your calendar for Friday, February 7^th, from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm.

We delight, again, in welcoming Union-Tribune language columnist Richard Lederer, who will entertain​ us with the topic “THE GIFT OF AGE”.​  ​He will share wit, wisdom, information, and inspiration about the incredible journey to maturity. He’ll emphasize that being chronologically endowed is an acquisition, not a loss. Mr. Lederer will leave you wanting more!

About Richard Lederer:

Union-Tribune language columnist Richard Lederer is the author of 60 books about language, history, and humor, including his best-selling Anguished English series and his current titles, A Feast of Words and American History for Everyone. He is a founding co-host of “A Way With Words”, broadcast on KPBS. Dr. Lederer has been named International Punster of the Year, as well as Toastmasters International’s Golden Gavel winner. And he will be signing his books at the luncheon.
