The Mayor and San Diego City Council just approved requirements for PURE WATER Phase 1 Contracts that will utilize Joint Labor Management Apprenticeships for $650 million of the work plus C10 licensing requirements for electrical work; plus skilled and trained workforce requirements and Helmets to Hardhats for veteran outreach for all Pure Water work!
