NEW CONTRACT!
IBEW 569 and Sloan Electric signed a new 2-year contract with unanimous approval from our IBEW 569 Sloan workers.
The new contract secured the following:
+4% pay raise of which they will receive a +2% raise in April 2022 and a +2% raise in April 2023.
Restored sick time (24 hours per year).
Boot allowance of $125 and RX Safety glasses allowance of $100 will now be every year instead of every two years.
Additionally, we appointed a new Shop Steward.
