Lighting Up a Bright Future! This week, IBEW 569 and NECA San Diego hosted the U.S. Department of Energy for an in-depth tour of our Electrical Training Institute and apprenticeship programs.
Union solar contractor, Baker Electric/ Baker Electric Home Energy provided valuable insight on how residential solar jobs can lead to life-long careers through our apprenticeship program to become CA State Certified Electricians – with great wages – and how solar companies and customers benefit from a skilled and trained workforce.
