HUGE WIN FOR WORKERS! 
The Port of San Diego approved an ordinance for Project Labor Agreements and Labor Peace that promotes inclusion, equity and local hire with apprenticeships and quality careers.
– All Public Development Projects over $1 million = built under a PLA!
– All Private Development Projects with a restaurant, venue/event space, or attraction over $15 million = built under a PLA!
– All development projects with 250+ hotels rooms = built, maintained, and operated with Labor Peace.
This policy will transform careers and change lives, making a real difference in the lives of thousands of local working families with quality construction careers and apprenticeships.
