The Overture will be a new 40-story mixed-use building that will offer retail stores, bars and restaurants, and 282 modern urban living spaces, including 20 affordable mixed income units. The new structure will also be environmentally responsible and will be slated for LEED certification. And the best part – this project will be built with Union labor = more jobs for IBEW 569 members!
We need a solid turnout of union support to help get this project passed by the San Diego City Planning Commission!
