IBEW Local Union 569 Endorses Eric Swalwell for Governor
Jeremy Abrams, IBEW 569 Business Manager said of the endorsement:
“The working families of California need a governor who can hit the ground running, who will fight for our jobs and the rights of workers, support project labor agreements, and who will fight for a more affordable California.”
From a working family himself, Swalwell knows what it means to struggle in a system built to exploit working people to pad the pockets of a few. He served as a local elected official to give back to his community, and worked as a local district attorney to hold bad actors accountable. He knows what it will take to make California more affordable for our working families and will work with us to tackle wage theft and labor trafficking on our worksites.
